- Your name, mailing address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside the United States, the United States District Court for the Northern District of California, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification or an agent of that person.
We will forward valid counter-notifications to the original complaining party and may restore the material in accordance with the DMCA.
Misrepresentations
Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents either (a) that material is infringing, or (b) that material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees, incurred by the alleged infringer, by any copyright owner or copyright owner's authorized licensee, or by us. Please consider this before submitting a notice or counter-notice.
Repeat Infringers
It is our policy, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, to terminate or restrict the ability of users or contributors who are deemed to be repeat infringers to interact with the Service.
